Something else...
My new hobby lately is sewing baby slings. It took me a couple of tries but I finally figured out how to make them. We love our baby sling that someone made us when we lived in Fairbanks and everybody always asks me where we got it because they see Eliza sleep in it through all 3 hours of church. This is a picture of the 4th successful one I've made, I've given all the others away. Making slings is a lot more apartment friendly than quilting so I will have to keep this hobby up for at least another year.

Love the sling. I too tried making one of those, but not with good results. I had to give up becasue Eric was too big for one, and I still hadn't figured it out. Oh well...I've always had a problem with crafty things.

can you post a picture of the baby in the sling... which i realize is difficult since it involves you being in the picture, and a husband away, and only a two year old to take the picture.... maybe you have an automatic timer?? I need the full effect. thanks. :)

I like the white material. I still have to show you mine. It works, but I bet yours looks better...in fact, I can tell from the picture that it does not have as much material as mine.
p.s. the stinkers are cute as always. I want to go camping with you guys again.
